Reservations are required for all birthday parties.

Birthday parties are scheduled at 9am, 12pm and 3pm.

A deposit is required to formally book a party and reserve a time slot. A non-refundable $250 deposit is required for all birthday parties, the remainder is due the Friday before the birthday party. We are required by state law to collect sales tax on all hall rentals.

  • Animal Time: $100.00 per half hour (private area with our animals and a farmer for your party)

  • Extra Hay Wagon Ride: $70.00 (for up to 35 people)

  • Extra hostess: $80.00 (required for parties with more than 20 children)

  • Extra 1/2 hour in the barn: $80 ( Only available for 3:00pm parties)

  • Surcharge: large parties with more than 40 adults $40.00

  • Balloons: $18.00 per dozen

  • Pinata: filled with candy $45.00

  • Animal Feed: Small bag $1 per person

Ol' MacDonald's Farm Birthday Party Guidelines 2018

  • There is a surcharge of $40 for parties with more than 40 adults. There is a maximum of 55 people that can comfortably fit in each party space.

  • Parties can accommodate up to 25 children at maximum.  There is a charge for guests over the 15 children built into the party packages.

  • A deposit is required to formally book your birthday party.  The balance of the party is due the Friday prior to the event no later than noon.  Failure to provide payment by this time will result in cancellation of the party.  Deposits are non-refundable and birthday parties take place rain or shine.

  • A Hayride can accommodate approximately 35 people. If you require additional wagons, they can be added to your party for $70.00.

  • There is designated party parking, but if it is full, additional parking is available in the field . While there is no parking at the barn, you are welcome to drop items off prior to the party and pick items up after the party.

  • Per firecode, there can be no open flames in the barn. We provide a battery operated blow-out candle.

  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your party so you arrive before your guests, but please do not arrive earlier than 30 minutes before your party.

  • If a food item is available via Ol MacDonalds Farm (ex. pizza, donuts, salad, sandwiches), we request that it be purchased through the farm. You are welcome to bring your own cake.

  • Tips for the hostesses are not included in party package pricing, but are appreciated when good service is provided. Cash is preferred.

  • Please note that the barn is unheated, so please dress in accordance with the weather.

  • Flush toilets are available in the hall.  Please escort children to and from the restroom.

PLEASE NOTE:   Outside food, drink or unauthorized parties are not permitted on the Ol MacDonalds Farms property. (with the exception of cake)
